EPISODE 35
That Sunday morning I reluctantly got up from my bed, because I wasn’t happy at all.
Aisha was up all night talking with another man?
No wonder she no longer gives me her attention, Seems she like has seen some else, and I won’t allow it.
I will report her to her father first thing on Monday when I get to work……….I muttered angrily.
I then went straight to my kitchen to make breakfast of bread and tea, hoping to go to the super market later to get some food stuffs.
After having breakfast, i went to take my bath, then i joined an online Sunday service via my laptop which lasted for just an hour an 30 minutes.
After i was done watching the online service, I became very farmished, with my stomach rumbling loudly.
I immediately picked up my car keys, and left my house to the super market.
I got there, and shopped for few condiments into my cart, that I would be needing for the preparation of chicken stew.
Then i also picked some veggies and fruits, made payment for everything i bought, and then i left the shopping mall.
I got home, and I instantly started cooking, I was a very good cook though, all thanks to my mom, but i was always lazy to cook.
By the time i was done cooking, i was impressed by the aroma i was getting from my delicious chicken stew.
I served myself the food i made, which was white rice, chicken stew, salad and some fruits.
I ate to my satisfaction, and then i slept off on the couch where I ate.
A call from my phone, woke me up from my sleep, and i discovered it was oluchi calling me.
She called to remind me of our dinner date, I told her to pick any location of her choice, and then send me the address.
Few minutes later, my phone beeped, and I got a text from oluchi of the address.
The place was a popular hotel that I know very well.
I thought she was going to choose an eatery, why did she choose a hotel?
She must have some naugthy plan’s up her sleeves which i might help her archive……….I thought, smiling mischievously.
I stood from the couch to go take a shower, so I would start dressing up for the dinner date.
After taking my bath, with a towel wrapped around my waist, i walked towards my large wardrobe to get my outfit for the day.
At first I picked a pair of suit and trouser, but I didn’t want to look too serious, so I simply brought out a denim jeans trouser, a denim jeans jacket and a pair of white t-shirt, and white sneakers to go with it.
They were new, because I haven’t gotten the chance to wore them to any where, since I bought them.
I moisturised my skin with my body cream, then i put on my outfit, putting on my most expensive Adidas sneakers on my legs.
I didn’t forget to spray some perfumes too, so I would smell nice.
I was now looking like a Yankee Doodle after i have finished dressing up.
I took a one last glance at myself before the large mirror in my sitting room, then i left my room.
I was about leaving my house, and then oluchi called again that she has gotten to the venue.
I then pleaded with her to be patient that I was close, i also told her to order for anything as she waits for me.
I got into my car, and left my house, facing the route leading to the location.
Within fifteen minutes of driving, i had gotten to the hotel, and I parked at their garage, and then came down from my car.
I looked around the hotel if I would see oluchi, then i saw her waving at me, at a far end close to the pool.
I walked slowly towards her, and when I finally got close to her, she instantly stood up from her chair, and rushed towards me in an embrace.
For close to two minutes we were both locked in each others arms in an embrace, i started feeling funny, so I let her go.
I ushered her to sit back on her chair, while I sit on a chair opposite her, just staring at each other.
I started becoming nervous and didn’t even know what to say to oluchi, that was officially my first date with a woman, and I was feeling akward already.
You look handsome this evening, unlike the suite you usually wore, that I was used to…………. oluchi complimented me, smiling seductively.
I let out a warm smile, fondling with my fingers.
You aren’t bad either, you look exceptionally beautiful this evening…….I replied, smiling sheepishly.
But why were you not taking anything before my arrival?……..I asked.
I wanted us to both have our drinks together…….she replied, smiling and blushing.
Just then i started perceiving a familiar scent, and I know the only person who has that unique fragrance was Aisha.
I quickly waved it off my heart, thinking it’s probably because I thought of her before I left my house, that’s why I was perceiving her scent around me.
To my astonishment, I saw Aisha catwalking towards us like she was a beauty queen.
I stared with my face turning white as snow, as Aisha got close to us, then she pulled a chair and sat very close to me, holding my arms like i was going to run away.
Oluchi stared at Aisha like she was an intruder, and she asked Aisha who she was.
To my disappointment, Aisha told oluchi that she was my fiance, and we would soon be getting married.
Aisha also went further accusing oluchi of being married with kids.
I was just there wondering how Aisha got to know i was with oluchi at that place, and how did she knew who oluchi was?.
Oluchi left in a hurry, and it got me infuriated with Aisha, i instantly flared up calling her a witch, and accusing her of ruining my plans.
Aisha slápped me, and splash her left over drink on my face, I simply stared at her in shock, i couldn’t believe Aisha would be this rude towards me, i thought she was always calm.
She dropped some cash on the table, and walked away angrily.
I tried calling her back, but she ignored me, i wanted to even run after her, but I was afraid she would embarass me, so I let her go.
While I was still sitting there, i held my head with my both palm, feeling sad and confused.
What have I done, why did today turn out badly for me?……..i said aloud, with tears rolling down my eyes.
After almost an hour of sitting there alone, I sluggishly stood up from the chair i was sitting on, and i slowly went towards my car, and left the place.
I got home, and I went straight to my bedroom, pulled away every thing i was wearing, then i filled my bathtub with cold water and some soap, and i got in it, throwing my head backwards, in meditation, and relaxation.
I sat inside the bathtub for hours, trying cool off the stress i went through that day.
After hours of being in the bathtub to my satisfaction, i got out from it, went under the shower for some splash of water, then i toweled my body and wore my pyjamas.
I didn’t have appetite for dinner, so I just layed on my bed, tapping on my phone, until i slept off.
